If you do not have a Patient Access account, you can use this form to request any repeat prescriptions from the Practice.

Please allow 2 working days before collecting your prescription.

It is not always necessary to see the doctor or nurse each time you need your medication. To avoid errors in medications, it is not possible for our reception staff to take requests for repeat prescriptions over the telephone. Please allow 48hrs from requesting your prescription to collecting it from the practice or pharmacy of your choice.

Repeat prescriptions can be ordered in the following ways:

• Online via the NHS App
• Through your regular pharmacy
• Through this website
• In person at reception

Repeat Dispensing

If you receive the same repeat medication each month you may be able to use the repeat dispensing service.  This means you can collect your medication directly from the pharmacy without having to request it from the surgery or the pharmacy for up to 12 months:
