The reception is open during the above times and we offer appointments throughout the day. Telephone lines are open (for all sites) 08:00-18:30, Monday to Friday.

Surbiton will close at 12:30 each day, unless you have a pre-booked appointment.

Out of Hours Service

Between 18:30 and 08:00, Monday to Friday, and all day at weekends and on bank holidays your call will be redirected to the NHS 111 service.

Dealing With An Emergency

A medical emergency is a situation in which the health of a person is at high risk of deteriorating rapidly without immediate medical attention.

For example, chest pains, increasing difficulty in breathing, impaired consciousness and any of the signs of a stroke (facial weakness, inability to lift a limb or slurred speech) constitute an emergency.
